Still 6 years off and wrong vehicle.
It has a bore of 4 1/16" stroke was 5 5/16, two single barrel carbs and split exhaust manifold.
That lets out the RB engine.

 Ok... I think I got it!  1953 (thanks for the hint) and in the larger Dodge work trucks, the "T" series.
